Box Office Hours: 2 hours prior to event doors Fridays 10am to 4PM (subject to availability)

Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Box Office when they open, 2 hours prior to Door Time. Customer must present their photo ID and confirmation number.

Parking

There is no on-site parking at House of Blues Dallas, however, we have partnered with ParkWhiz to offer easy and reliable options in the area. Visit www.houseofblues.com/dallas/faq and select the Where Do I Park? tab to book parking. Additionally, there is limited metered street parking and nearby lots that offer paid parking. Paid parking fills up quickly, so we recommend using The DART Rail system, Rideshare, or other transportation when possible.

Accessibility

House of Blues Dallas is an ADA accessible venue. Accessible tickets are available for purchase online through Ticketmaster or Live Nation or in person at the box office. The venue has convenient elevator access to the 2nd level. If additional accommodations are required, contact the box office prior to the event.

Box Office Policy: All sales are final, no refunds. Camera Policy: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval. We do not allow bottles, cans, or weapons.
