Box office

The Box Office is open Monday through Friday: 11am to 5pm. We are closed each Saturday and Sunday, with the exception of an event on one of those days, in which case we will open at 11am. Please visit www.prucenter.com/box-office for more information, or adjusted hours.

Tickets purchased in person at the box office are sent via text message at the windows.

(973) 757-6000 The Prudential Center Box Office is located inside the arena near the corner of Mulberry Street and Edison Place. Guests can enter from the corner of Mulberry Street and Edison Place, next to the Investors Bank Tower.

Accessibility

Accessible seating is available through Ticketmaster. Please visit ticketmaster.com to purchase accessible seating.

Venue policies

For some events, small, non-professional cameras without an external flash or extendable lens may be brought into Prudential Center. Please note that for certain events, cameras may not be permitted. Video and audio equipment, GoPros, selfie sticks, professional cameras (with a lens of 2.5 inches or greater) and recording devices are strictly prohibited.

Children over 24 months of age must have a ticket in order to gain entrance to Prudential Center. Children under two years may enter without a ticket but must sit on their parent or guardian lap. Please check the event ticket policies at the time of purchase as ticket policies vary per event.
