Our box office is typically open two hours prior to a show's door time and closes when the headliner takes the stage. The box office is only open on show days.

Venue policies

Bag Policy: Bags up to 12" x 6" x 12" are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search. Clear drawstring bags are available for purchase at our box office window. Prohibited Items: Bags over 12" x 6" x 12", outside food or drink, weapons, illegal substances, video cameras or professional cameras unless approved by artist with proof of credentials, selfie sticks, tripods, audio recorders, glass or metal containers, drones, laser pointers, wallet chains or items with large spikes, permanent markers, projectiles, hula hoops or fiberoptic ropes, binoculars.
