From Ashes To New formed in Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 2013 around founding member Matt Brandyberry, blending rap vocals with the rock and metalcore side of the band's sound. The lineup has shifted over the years — most notably in 2017, when vocalist Danny Case joined after the band ran an open audition process for fan submissions.
Since its 2016 debut, Day One, the band has landed a run of singles on Billboard's Mainstream Rock chart, including "Crazy" (No. 3) and "Through It All" (No. 6), across four more albums: The Future (2018), Panic (2020), Blackout (2023), and 2026's Reflections.
